UREVO refurbished products are pre-owned units returned by customers. Each machine undergoes rigorous testing and maintenance procedures by UREVO engineers to ensure they are in like-new condition.

UREVO offers two conditions of refurbished products for sale, which can be distinguished as follows:
1. Refurbished: These products are considered new because the packaging has not been opened. The warehouse replaces the outer box with a new one.
2. Reworked: These products have been unpacked and might have been used. After being returned to the warehouse, each product undergoes a functionality test. The warehouse team then replaces the packaging and box, allowing these products to be sold again.

UREVO follows a comprehensive inspection checklist for all returned products. Each unit is thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested, followed by a final review to ensure it meets UREVO's quality standards for resale.

Refurbished items may show signs of cosmetic imperfections, such as minor scratches and wear, but these do not affect functionality. 

The stock of refurbished products is updated weekly. If the item is out of stock, please choose a different product that is available, or check back next Tuesday for updates.

Refurbished UREVO orders can be canceled prior to delivery. All sales are final once delivered. Refurbished products are not eligible for returns.
