Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.  

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

(1)The item is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

(2)A valid proof of purchase is provided.

(3)Customized or personalized items are not eligible for standard returns.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at service_eu@urevo.com to obtain the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back to the designated address. We recommend retaining your shipping proof.

We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days of receipt and notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

For returns due to product defects, shipping errors, or damage during transit, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size discrepancy), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If a replacement item is required, we will cover the shipping fees for the new shipment.

Missing or Delayed Refund

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

(1)Check your bank account or payment platform balance again.

(2)Contact your credit card company or payment issuer, as refunds may require additional processing time. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service_eu@urevo.com for assistance.
